Metal Stereos

These are smaller sizes stamps mostly used for coding in the Pharmaceutical and packaging industry. Similar to IST they provide the perfect answer for all batch and general purpose marking. One needs to simply build a series of characters into a holder and produce a mark quickly with uniform legibility on a machine. These stereos come in various types and sizes as opposed to the conventional IST which has a relatively limited range. The character sizes also vary from as small as 0.8mm to 3.0mm as per the marking requirement. The size and shape varies as per the machine it is to be used on. We offer a range of HHP in different character and font sizes.

Different Varieties of Metal Stereos :

 

  • * Standard Fount or Forward type Metal Stereos are used to mark sharp faced, positive impressions into the products
  • * Reverse Fount Metal Stereos are used for marking single sharp faced characters to give a reverse, negative impression on the product.
  • * L Type Metal Stereos have the blanks in shape of an L. Dimentions vary as per the holders that they are being used with.
  • * T Type Metal Stereos have the blanks in shape of an T. Dimentions vary as per the holders that they are being used with.
  • * Round Type Metal stereos are special stereos with the blank being round at the top and square at the bottom. They are specifically manufactured to suit the special holders.
  • * Custom made Metal Stereos for specific applications, to suit specific holders, or for logos and symbols are also manufactured. These are manufactured as per customer specifications.
  • * Premium quality Metal stereos are manufactured in HSS in all the above varieties if so required.
