Interchangeable Steel Types IST, as the name suggest, provides the perfect answer for all batch and general purpose marking. One needs to simply build a series of characters into a holder and produce a mark quickly with uniform legibility by hand or on a machine. We provide the following range of IST:-

Different varieties of Interchangeable Steel Types

 

1 - Standard or Forward type IST are used to mark sharp faced, positive impressions into most metals and many plastics. 

2- Reverse type IST are used for marking sharp faced characters to give a reverse, negative impression. 

3- Our Low Stress or Dotted IST are specially made so that lower stress levels are introduced into the component being marked. 

4- Symbol Stamps for inspection applications, conveying information and identifying responsibility.

       

5- Premium quality punches using HSS material are also made if the case may be.
