Block Stamps are an extention of Interchangeable Steel Types where different characters and / or Logos are made in a single block. This reduces the machine setting time even further for example MATERIAL, SS 316, HEAT NO., BATCH NO. etc. The sizes are in accordance with the sizes of IST used for marking. Not only standard words but logos and symbols can also be incorporated in the marking by use of Stamp-Marks. All the features of IST are incorporated in the manufacturing of Stamp-Marks. • Use of Superior Grade of Quality tested Raw Material. • Superior Hardening processes used to ensure the punches are hardened and tempered to the desired hardness using the correct method. . • Precision ground blanks to give clear marks of consistent depth. • Clear character styles to ensure the quality of the marking done. • Electroless Nickel Plating to resist rust and to give a good appearance. • Standardisation in sizes allows the Type to be used in a hand holder (to be hit with a hammer), or for better efficiency, can be used in a machine holder (to be used in a press). • Wide range in terms of sizes of characters. • Dotted calligraphy available for applications that require lower stress levels are introduced into the component being marked. • Available in Alphabets Numerals and Special Characters (Capital and Small) • Any desired fount can be manufactured as per customer specifications.
